Terms and Conditions for Ordering Products

Please carefully read the terms and conditions for purchasing products on this website. If customers place an order through this website, the company will consider that the customer has accepted all terms and conditions of the company.

The company reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel all or part of these terms and conditions at any time. When using the website, please review the terms and conditions regularly as they may be updated. Continued use of the website will be considered as acceptance of any changes to the policies or conditions.


Shipping Policy

Dji Officail Store has a shipping policy stating that all orders placed on www.djistore-thailand.com will be shipped within 3–7 business days. This shipping policy is intended to help customers understand important conditions, rights, and limitations regarding order fulfillment and delivery, in order to ensure the most efficient service experience.


Shipping Conditions

  • The company will ship products only after the customer has confirmed the order and completed payment verification.
  • Shipments are delivered via third-party logistics providers such as Flash Express, J&T Express, or Kerry Express.
  • Orders are shipped in sequence based on order numbers.
  • All orders will be delivered to customers within 3–7 business days. If delivery takes longer than expected, customers will be contacted via phone or email used during the purchase. Some high-demand products may experience delays.
  • The daily shipping cut-off time is 11:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping fee is 55 THB per order.
  • FREE shipping on orders over 10,000 THB

  • A tracking number will be provided so customers can track their shipment.
  • For Bangkok and metropolitan areas, delivery usually takes around 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • For areas outside Bangkok and metropolitan regions, delivery time depends on distance and the courier service. Customers are advised to contact the courier directly for shipment tracking.

Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to the company in the following cases, the customer must pay the reshipping fee:

  • Incorrect customer information, such as wrong address
  • Courier attempted delivery but could not reach the recipient or contact the customer

Shipping Liability Conditions

The company is not responsible for delays or failure in delivery caused by force majeure events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, terrorism, protests, strikes, or accidents. In such cases, the company reserves the right to delay or cancel shipments without prior notice and will not be held liable for any resulting damages.

If delays are caused by third-party logistics providers, the company is not responsible for such delays, and customers should contact the courier directly.


Incorrect Address Cases

If the customer provides incorrect shipping information that results in failed or misdirected delivery, such as sending the package to the wrong address, no compensation will be provided by DJI. The courier may attempt to contact the customer if an error is suspected. If the courier cannot reach the customer, the package may be stored at the courier’s warehouse. In such cases, DJI will assist in coordinating with the courier for initial investigation only.
